OK.. I am having an immense GAS attack to go buy a new Charvel San Dimas. If I do that I am going to have to sell a guitar. PM or post if you'd be interested in the Jem in the pic below. The guitar could be sold quot;as newquot;, it is in 99.99999% shape, never left my home studio one time. The Evos are gone (they are too harsh anyway) and have been replaced with a C5 (trem-spaced) B and a Alnico Pro II neck. Honestly, I'd probably need to get in the $1400 range for this one- UV1000 case included. I'll delete this and post a formal FOR SALE ad if I decide to sell it. This is just a test .
lol that's funny, i'm thinking of selling one of my guitars (black les paul) to pick up a reissue strat head charvel. i say go for it. the jem is nice and all but i'm with you man...go for the charvel!!!

One of my favorite solid-color JEMs. If I hadn't sworn not to get a signature guitar and had 1400, I would go for it

Yea, those are nice. I can't survive with a single pickup anymore so I am looking at one with 2 humbuckers and a Floyd I got to admit, those EVH guitars, as over-priced as they are, are freakin' KILLER. If I ever see a red/white/black one in person I am probably buying it... may not be able to help myself you know. I have really been stalking a white/black one too...
ok so we sorta think alike lol. i realized i hardly use a trem so a vintage trem quot;lockedquot; down is fine (as i do on all my strats) and i also don't need a neck pickup for 90% of my bands origional music so 1 hum, 1 knob works for me!! plus i have other guitars with neck pickups to cover other sounds etc if needed. good luck with the charvel quest...you're motivating me to ditch a guitar or 2 and pick up a bullseye!
-Mike
